Dr. Sina KheirkhahSina
is an experimental fluid dynamicist. He is currently investigating
causality relations between heat release, velocity, and pressure
fluctuations in aerospace related gas turbine engines. He has been a
sessional lecturer at the University of Toronto teaching combustion
processes and fluid mechanics in the faculty of engineering science
since 2014. Sina has published several journal papers in Combustion
and Flame, Physics of Fluids, Flow
Turbulence and Combustion, Fluids and Structures,
and ASME Fluids Engineering.
Sina received his PhD from the University of Toronto in aerospace engineering in 2015. His PhD research project was associated with turbulent premixed combustion in laboratory scale flames. He received his Masters degree from the University of Waterloo in mechanical engineering in 2011 investigating flow structure interactions. He is a graduate of Sharif University of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. |
